2026 15th International Conference on Communications, Circuits, and Systems was successfully held in Takasaki, Japan as well as online during July 7-10, 2026. The conference is sponsored by IEEE and University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China, and hosted by Gunma University, Japan and Xiamen University, China, technically co-sponsored by IEEE CASS Japan Joint Chapter. Conference program consists of 4 keynote speeches, 55 invited speeches, which covers the multiple hot topics and cutting-edge topics in this field. Besides, the agenda also includes the Best Student Paper Competition, Best Paper Competition, and several presentation sessions.
