General Information：
1. One regular registration is within SIX Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.2. At least one author for each accepted paper must pre-register. One same Author can register/present three papers in maximum. The first paper should be paid in full, the other 2 papers can be registered as Additional Paper.
3. If one same author has more than 3 papers, the additional paper can be presented by another group of Co–Authors on full registration.
4. Co-Authors who will not presenter paper but wish to attend the conference as well, they are welcomed to register as Listener with discounted rate.
