Chen He

Biography: Chen He (Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree (summa cum laude) from McMaster Univer sity in 2007 and the M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from The University of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver, in 2009 and 2014, respectively, all in electrical and computer engineering. He was a Research Engineer at Blackberry Ltd., Canada, and a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at UBC. He is currently a Full Professor with Northwest University, China. His research interests include wireless communications and sensing, and signal processing. He is an Associate Editor of the IEEE SIGNAL PROCESSING LETTERS.
