Biography: Dr. Shih-Yang Lin received the Ph.D. degrees in computer science and information engineering from National Cheng Kung University on 2013/11. He is currently an associate professor of Weifang University of Science and Technology, China. He has published more than 28 referred journal and conference papers in wireless and mobile communication protocols, intelligent transport systems, and vehicular ad hoc networks. His research interests include communication protocol design of intelligent and connected vehicles, mobile edge computing, 5G/6G NR-V2X, DSRC/WAVE communication, driving safety/cooperative driving, machine learning and artificial intelligence, etc.
