Shuaibing Li

Biography:
Shuaibing Li is a Professor with the School of New Energy and Power
Engineering, Lanzhou Jiaotong University. His research interests include
information processing, condition monitoring, assessment and fault diagnosis
of high-voltage power equipment, and dynamic state estimation of electrical
power systems.
Currently, he holds multiple esteemed positions: serving as the deputy
director of the Gansu Energy Internet Technology and Equipment International
Science and Technology Cooperation Base, director of the New Energy Power
Generation and Operation Control Institute, and director of the Smart Energy
Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base. He is a standing director of the IEEE
PES Power System Protection and Control Technology Committee, a member of
the Smart Distributed Energy Special Committee of the Chinese Society of
Automation, and the Executive Director of the Gansu Electrotechnical
Society. Additionally, he is also a member of the Gansu Province Electrical
Appliance Standards Committee. He has led several projects, including those
funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of
Education's School Enterprise Collaborative Education Projects, and the
Gansu Provincial Natural Science Foundation. Furthermore, he has overseen 10
horizontal scientific and technological projects for enterprises. With over
80 SCI/EI academic papers to his credit, he has received accolades including
first, second, and third prizes for Scientific and Technological Progress in
Gansu Province, as well as three first prizes from the Gansu Society of
Electrical Technology. He has been recognized as a Young Talent in Longyuan,
Gansu Province, and selected for the Tianyou Youth Support Talent Program at
Lanzhou Jiaotong University.
