Yuan Dong

Biography: DONG Yuan is currently a professor at the School of Microelectronics, Shanghai University. He received a PhD degree from the National University of Singapore, where he continued to work as a postdoctoral research fellow. After that, he joined the Institute of Microelectronics (IME, A*STAR) as a Scientist. His research interests include integrated photonics, metasurface-based flat optics, CMOS fabrication process etc. He has authored or co-authored more than 70 papers in the peer-reviewed journals and international conferences.
董渊，上海大学微电子学院教授，新加坡国立大学博士、博士后。曾任新加坡微电子研究院（IME，A*STAR）科学家。专注于集成光电子芯片、超构表面光学芯片、CMOS工艺等领域的研究。在SCI期刊和国际会议上发表论文70余篇。
