Proficient in simulation-driven design to help customers address thermal challenges in high-power-density scenarios, enhancing product reliability and performance.
Led the development of the company’s proprietary thermal analysis simulation module, electro-thermal coupling simulation module, and thermal stress module. Designed thermal simulation workflows, with two national invention patents filed.
