Biography: Professor and doctoral supervisor at Central South University, a Lake Xiang Youth Talent in Science and Technology Innovation ("Hua Jian" Talent), and listed on the World's Top 2% Scientists 2024. In 2012 and 2017, he obtained a bachelor's degree in physics from the Department of Physics at Hunan Normal University (a national key discipline in theoretical physics) and a doctorate in information and communication engineering from the Department of Electronics at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (a national key laboratory for regional optical communication networks and new optical communication systems), respectively. Since 2017, he has been working at the Department of Communication Engineering at Central South University, holding positions such as deputy director of the Center for Optoelectronic Information Engineering, secretary-general of the Changsha Artificial Intelligence Innovation Center, deputy director of the Department of Communication Engineering, and vice president of science and technology for Changsha City. He has led over ten national projects, including those from the National Natural Science Foundation, sub-tasks of major projects by the Ministry of Science and Technology, key pre-research projects of the People's Liberation Army's Cryptographic Equipment, and key projects in the National Defense Innovation Zone of the Military Science Commission. As a key member, he has also participated in major projects such as key projects of the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, National Defense 863, key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, and key projects of Huawei. Over the past decade, he has made contributions to the research and development of national cryptographic and navigation equipment in the fields of quantum information and photonic devices. In terms of scientific research, he has published over 100 SCI academic papers, including over 50 as the first author or corresponding author, with approximately 3,000 citations recorded in the Google Scholar database and an H-index of 24.
