Rongxin Zhang

Biography: Dr. Rongxin Zhang is as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Informatics and Communication Engineering at the School of Informatics, Xiamen University, China, and is a key member of the Key Laboratory of Underwater Acoustic Communication and Marine Information Technology, Ministry of Education, China. He specializes in marine information technologies, focusing on reliable underwater acoustic physical layer communications and integrated sensing-communication technologies. He has led projects such as the Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and published over 30 academic papers. He serves as a reviewer for prestigious journals such as IEEE J. Sel. Areas Commun., IEEE Trans. Commun., etc, and has been a TPC member for IEEE ICCC 2021 and a session chair for IEEE ICCC 2021 and 2025. He was in recognition of outstanding contribution as of session in MCNSP 2026, and was also appointed as an invited speaker of MCNSP 2026.
