Songjiang Yang

Biography: Dr. Songjiang Yang received the B.Eng. (Hons.) and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Sheffield, Sheffield, U.K., in 2017 and 2022, respectively. He is currently a research assistant professor at the Pervasive Communication Research Center, Purple Mountain Laboratories, Nanjing, China. Dr. Yang was selected for the Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellow Program in Jiangsu Province and has received the Best Paper Award from WCSP 2024, IEEE ICCT 2025, and CIoTSC 2025. His research focuses on ray-tracing channel modeling, UAV communications, and system performance evaluation.
