Lei Zhang

Biography: Dr. Lei Zhang is an Assistant Professor at Yanshan University (YSU), who has built and led the Biomedical Photonics Imaging Laboratory since 2020. Dr. Lei received his Ph.D. in Electronic Science and Technology from Tsinghua University in 2014. Tsinghua University has awarded him the Outstanding Doctoral Graduate and Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award. He ever worked as a postdoc at Toyota Technological Institute, Boston University, and the University of Washington on optical imaging, optical fiber-based optical field control, and deep learning. He has published over 50 journal and conference papers and a Springer monograph.
