Yi Lei

Biography: Dr. Yi Lei is an Associate Professor at Hefei University of Technology (HFUT), since March 2019. She received the B.E. degree in electronic information and technology program from Beijing Forestry University (BJFU), Beijing, China, in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic science and technology from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China, in 2019. Funded by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), she held a visiting Ph.D. position at Signal Processing Systems (SPS) Group, Department of Electrical Engineering, Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), Eindhoven, The Netherlands, from 2017 to 2018. Her current research interests include optical communication systems, fiber-wireless integration, MIMO, channel coding, and signal processing. She has published over 40 journal and conference papers and delivered invited talks at ACP, ICICN, ICOCN and ICAIT.
