Biography: Zhichao Ma is a senior researcher at the Beijing Research Institute of Telemetry. He is a supervisor for master's students and works on space information network technology. He has led over 10 projects in the fields of national basic scientific research program, aerospace technology pre research, BDS project, etc. He has participated in the design of network transmission systems and protocol specifications for multiple satellite constellations, and has served as the technical leader for multiple satellite network payload projects. He is the main drafter of the space signal interface specification for BDS, is a core member of the Aerospace Satellite Constellation Network Technology Innovation Team, and a senior technical expert in the field of aerospace measurement, control, communication, and networking. He has participated in drafting 4 national standards and published over 20 papers.
