Track 3

Track 3. Satellite, Aerial, and Terrestrial Network Integration

Chair: Rongke Liu, Beihang University, China
Co-Chair: Yuan Jiang, Sun Yat-sen University, China
Co-Chair: Nan Wu, Beijing Institute of Technology, China

This track focuses on the integrated networking of satellite, aerial, and terrestrial communication systems to enable seamless global connectivity. It explores architectures, protocols, and resource management strategies that support cooperation among space-, air-, and ground-based networks. By leveraging satellites, unmanned aerial platforms, and terrestrial infrastructure, integrated networks can provide wide-area coverage, enhanced reliability, and flexible on-demand services. The track addresses key challenges such as heterogeneous network coordination, dynamic topology management, latency control, and spectrum sharing. Contributions are welcomed on theoretical modeling, algorithm design, and practical solutions that advance space–air–ground integrated networks, supporting future communication systems and ubiquitous intelligent services.
